摘　　要：随着聚乙烯燃气管道在我国的大量使用,如何对其安全性能和使用寿命进行准确评价是需要解决的首要问题。由于国内尚未形成一套较为完善且合理的检验方法体系,加之当前技术手段与检测设备有限,造成聚乙烯燃气管道全面检验工作难度较大。本文立足省内实际情况,对聚乙烯燃气管道的失效原因及模式进行分析,基于失效分析来探讨全面检验技术并提出相关建议,有利于进一步提高检验质量,把好特种设备安全技术关。With extensive use of polyethylene gas pipeline in China,how to accurately evaluate its safety performance and service life is the primary problem to be solved.Due to lacking of a relatively perfect and reasonable inspection method and technical means and equipments currently in China,the comprehensive inspection of polyethylene gas pipeline is difficult.Based on the actual situation of our province,failure causes and modes of polyethylene gas pipeline and discusses the comprehensive inspection technology based on the failure analysis were analyzed.In addition,several suggestions were put forward,which will contribute to improving the inspection quality and ensuring the safety of special equipment.
