摘　　要：长期以来,我国干部人事档案存在材料不完善、信息涂改、信息不一致、信息错漏以及填写不规范等问题;为深入贯彻落实从严管理干部精神,严格执行干部选拔任用制度,严厉整治干部人事档案造假,以全国干部人事档案专项审核全覆盖工作为契机,通过挖掘梳理整治干部人事档案中的现有问题,为干部队伍建设和干部任用提供科学依据,并促进档案管理规范化、专业化,提升档案利用效能。For a long time, there exist problems in cadre personnel files such as incomplete materials, alteration and discrepancy, errors and omissions, and nonstandard fillings of information, etc. In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of strict management of cadres, strictly implement the cadre selection and appointment system, and severely punish the falsification of personnel files of cadres, taking the national cadre personnel files special audit complete implementation work as an opportunity, through the excavation and combing the existing problems in cadre personnel files, this paper provides the basis of cultivating and selecting cadres, regularizes and professionalizes files management, and finally promotes utilization of cadre personnel files.
