摘 要:鲜食加工兼用型羊角椒是江苏沿海地区特色产业,亦是地理标志产品,开展不同栽培方式研究可为羊角椒高产、优质、高效栽培技术和产业化发展提供理论依据。以20个羊角椒品种为试材,比较露地和大棚条件下羊角椒的生育期、产量和外观品质上的差异。结果发现,与露地栽培相比,大棚条件下羊角椒表现为株型更高,开展度更大,单椒大且重,色泽更鲜亮,辣度更高;大棚基质栽培下羊角椒初花期和采摘期分别提前约15 d和20 d,且收获期可延长50 d左右,可增加2次采收次数;大棚基质栽培条件下鲜椒产量比露地栽培提高53.2%~162.0%。研究表明,与露地栽培相比,大棚基质栽培采摘期提前,采收次数增加,产量提高,外在品质提升,有利于提高椒农种植效益。As a special industry in the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province,processing fresh pepper is a geographical indication product.To clarify the agronomic characteristics of pepper under different cultivation methods in the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of pepper industry,a total of 20 pepper varieties were selected,and their difference in growth period,yield and appearance quality under open field and greenhouse conditions were studied,respectively.The results showed that the initial flowering and harvesting times of pepper under the greenhouse condition were about 15 d and 20 d earlier compared with the open field condition,respectively.Besides,the harvesting period under the greenhouse condition could be prolonged by nearly 50 d,and the number of harvests could be increased twice.In addition,the yield of pepper under the greenhouse condition was 53.2%~162.0%higher than that of the open field condition.In terms of appearance quality,compared with the open field condition,the pepper under the greenhouse condition had a higher plant,larger expansion degree,larger and heavier individuals,brighter color and higher piquancy.Therefore,compared with the open field condition,the picking stage of pepper under the greenhouse condition was earlier,the number of harvesting was higher,and the yield and appearance quality were significantly improved,which was conducive to improving the planting efficiency for farmers.
