摘　　要：交通运输系统是国家建设现代化经济体系的重要支撑。在新基建重大战略部署背景下,交通土木正在经历理论创新和人才培养的创新发展转型期。文章以交通土木领域面临的机遇和挑战为切入点,探讨现代交通土木在规划决策理论、基础设施理论、交通管理与控制理论的创新要求,同时针对人才的需求特性和培养模式开展讨论,提出培养具有洞察能力、探索能力、创新能力、系统能力、协调能力是新型人才的关键。Transportation system significantly supports the setup of modern economic systems in a country.Under the background of Chinese major strategic deployment of“New Infrastructure”,transportation civil engineering is experiencing a transition period of theoretical innovation and talent development.Starting from the opportunity and challenge faced in transportation civil engineering discipline,this paper explores the innovative requirement of planning and decision-making theory,infrastructure theory,and management and control theory etc.In the meantime,the talents’demand characteristics and cultivation modes are discussed.It is concluded that the keys to success in new talents cultivation are the capacity in insights,exploration,innovation,and system coordination.
