摘　　要：有清一代及至民国中期,汉民族与草原民族之间的经济往来及其相应时代的中俄恰克图贸易中的茶叶始终占据主导地位,而真正从事长达300余年的茶叶贸易的商人群体则是地处山西汾河谷地籍贯为汾州府与太原府的商人。最近几年,伴随着文化产业以及文物市场的发展与兴盛,山西茶商们从事茶叶贸易的原始文献大量出现,十几种版本、上百本手抄本的《茶叶规程》属于较为典型的一种类型化文献。而面对这一特殊性文献的收集、整理以及深化研究除了需要全新的框架性原则性之外,还需要诸如要素化、元素化、谱系化等等的技术性的方法论,更需要宏观与微观有机结合的学术视野,突破传统学术范式桎梏——在充分认识这些来自民间社会的原始性的“茶规”中蕴含的学术价值的基础上,朝着更具有整体性特征的中国社会经济史研究迈进。There are,in the middle of the Qing Dynasty and Republic of China,the economic exchanges between the han ethnic group and the grasslands and their corresponding in the era of tea in the Qiaketu of trade between China and Russia has always been the dominant,and really engaged in more than 300 years of the trade of tea merchant group is located in shanxi fenhe valley native Fen state and businessmen in the taiyuan office.In recent years,along with the development and prosperity of cultural industry and cultural relic market,a large number of original documents of Shanxi tea merchants engaged in tea trade have appeared.The Tea Regulations,with dozens of editions and hundreds of handwritten copies,is a relatively typical type of document.In the face of this particularity,the collection,collation and further research of literature need not only a new framework and principle,but also technical methodologies such as elementalization,elementalization and genealogization,and more important,an academic vision combining macro and micro organically.Break through the shackles of traditional academic paradigmson the basis of fully understanding the academic value contained in the original Tea Rules from civil society,and move forward towards the research of Chinese social and economic history with more integrated characteristics.
