摘 要:为了探明不同纳米铁材料添加对猪粪中温厌氧消化产气的影响,提升猪粪厌氧消化产气效率、减少厌氧消化过程中H_(2)S释放。以纳米ZVI、纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)、纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)为研究对象,采用批次试验,探讨了纳米铁材料添加对猪粪中温(35±1)℃厌氧消化CH_(4)及H_(2)S产量的影响。结果表明:3种纳米铁材料的加入都能缓解消化体系中的有机酸积累、减少氨氮产生,并提高猪粪消化系统甲烷产量,与对照组相比,纳米铁材料产甲烷总量提升了5.02%~10.93%,其影响从大到小依次为纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)>纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)>纳米ZVI;不同纳米铁材料间对猪粪厌氧消化产H_(2)S过程的影响存在差异,与对照组相比,纳米ZVI、纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)对猪粪厌氧消化产H_(2)S过程起抑制作用,累积H_(2)S产量分别降低了52.48%和29.68%,然而添加纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)促进了H_(2)S生成,累积H_(2)S产量增加了45.80%。In order to explore the effect of different nano-iron materials on gas production by medium-temperature anaerobic digestion of pig manure,improve the gas production efficiency of anaerobic digestion of pig manure and reduce the release of H_(2)S during anaerobic digestion.Taking nano-ZVI,nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) and nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) as research objects,the effects of adding nano-iron materials on the yield of CH_(4)and H_(2)S in anaerobic fermentation of pig manure at(35±1)℃were studied by batch fermentation experiment.The results showed that the addition of three kinds of nano-iron materials could alleviate the accumulation of organic acids in the digestive system,reduce the production of ammonia nitrogen,and increase the methane production in pig manure fermentation system.Compared with the control group,the total methane production of nano-iron materials increased by 5.02%~10.93%,and its effect was in the following order:nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)>nano-Fe_(2)O_(3)>nano-ZVI.There were differences in the effects of different nano-iron materials on the process of H_(2)S production by anaerobic digestion of pig manure.Compared with the control group,nano-ZVI and nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) inhibited the process of H_(2)S production by anaerobic digestion of pig manure,and the cumulative H_(2)S production decreased by 52.48%and 29.68%,respectively.However,the addition of nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) promoted the production of H_(2)S,and the cumulative H_(2)S production increased by 45.80%.
