摘　　要：目的 编制急诊患者外出检查风险评估量表,确定量表的危险程度分级,并对其进行信度与效度检验。方法 采用文献回顾及专家咨询法,构建急诊患者外出检查风险评估量表。采用便利抽样法选取我院急诊科外出检查的120例患者,并应用急诊患者外出检查风险评估表对其在外出检查期间存在的风险进行快速、准确的评估,采用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行项目分析及信效度检验。结果 量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.99,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.90~1.0。量表整体Cronbach′sα系数为0.719,折半信度为0.812。最终形成的急诊患者外出检查风险评估量表包含6个维度,即“循环、呼吸、意识、管路、年龄和临床问题”,共10个条目,0~9分为低危,9~23分为中危,≥24分为高危。结论 急诊患者外出检查风险评估量表具有较好的信效度,作为急诊患者外出检查的风险评估工具,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To develop a risk assessment scale for out-patient examinations of emergency patients, to determine the risk grade of the scale scale, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Literature review and expert consultation were used to construct the risk assessment scale for out-patient examinations of emergency patients.The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 120 patients from the emergency department of our hospital who had gone out for examination, and the risk assessment form of emergency patients in the period of out-going examination was used to evaluate the risk quickly and accurately.Spss17.0 software was used for project analysis and reliability and validity test of data. Results The content validity index(S-CVI) at the scale level was 0.99, and the content validity index(I-CVI) at the item level was 0.90-1.0.The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.719, and split-half reliability was 0.812. The final risk assessment scale for out-patient examinations of emergency patients contained 6 dimensions, namely, ’circulation, respiration, consciousness, plumbing, age, and clinical problems’, with a total of 10 items, 0-9 was classified as low risk, 9-23 points as medium risk, and ≥24 points as high risk.Conclusion The risk assessment scale for out-patient examinations of emergency patients has good reliability and validity. As a risk assessment tool for out-patient check-up in emergency patients, it has important clinical application value.
