摘 要:随着人类对太空的逐步探索,大尺度空间可展开结构的应用日益广泛,对高收纳比的需求日益迫切。面向在轨舱体需求设计圆柱形可展柔性结构,结合折纸技术提出了两阶段、多维度的结构折展方案。针对高收纳比的技术要求,设计的可展柔性结构先执行平面内径向折展,后执行空间纵向折展,该折展方案的收纳比可达到98.6%。基于一阶基频的需求,对可展柔性结构的模态进行参数化分析,讨论充气管气压和膜面预应力的影响。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对结构的两阶段展开过程进行了动力学分析,验证了展开过程的平稳有序,形态变化与受力皆合理,证明了结构设计方案的可行性与合理性。最后,使用薄膜褶皱参数的通用计算流程对展开后的褶皱构形特征进行了估算,并预测了关键位置上的褶皱构形。With the gradual exploration of space by mankind, the application of large-scale space deployable structures has become increasingly widespread, and the demand for high storage ratios has become increasingly urgent. Facing the needs of on-orbit space capsules, a cylindrical deployable flexible structure was designed, a two-stage, multi-dimensional structure deployment scheme based on origami technology was proposed. In response to the technical requirements of high storage ratio, the designed deployable flexible structure first performs in-plane radial deployment and then spatial longitudinal deployment. The storage ratio of this scheme can reach 98.6%. Based on the requirements of the first-order fundamental frequency, a parametric analysis of the modality of the deployable flexible structure is carried out, and the influence of the air pressure of the inflation tube and the prestress of the membrane surface is discussed. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to conduct a dynamic analysis of the two-stage deployment process of the structure, which verified the smoothness and order of the process, and the morphological changes and forces were reasonable, which proved the feasibility and rationality of the schem design. Finally, the general calculation process of wrinkled membrane parameters is used to estimate the characteristics of the wrinkle and predict the wrinkle configuration at the corresponding position.
