摘  要:假肢接受腔作为连接残肢与假肢系统之间的关键界面,是假肢系统发挥其功能的重要基础。为满足假肢接受腔个性化、快速、低成本的制造需求,本研究提出利用材料挤出成型技术(Material extrusion, MEX)制备大腿假肢接受腔的方法与策略。首先通过对残肢-接受腔系统的生物力学分析提出了接受腔材料的力学性能需求。然后,系统地研究了不同的材料成分和工艺参数体系对成型件的力学性能的影响,确定了适用于接受腔制备的MEX工艺材料。同时,针对接受腔的力学性能需求,尤其针对有特殊强度需求和几何结构突变的部位所需的力学性能,进行了打印工艺参数的优化和打印策略的完善,提高了打印制件的层间结合强度。最后,实现3D打印接受腔的制备,提出了接受腔的形性协同制造策略,实现了3D打印接受腔的临床实验。结果表明,与传统方法制备的接受腔相比,本研究制备的3D打印接受腔具有更好的使用功能和穿戴舒适度。The prosthetic socket provides the critical attachment between the residual limb following amputation and the prosthetic device, without which the prosthetic device cannot work properly. The purpose of this study was to present a quick-responded framework for the customized manufacturing of low-cost prosthetic socket, using material extrusion technology(MEX). The required mechanical property of the prosthetic socket was proposed through the biomechanical analysis of residual limb and prosthetic socket.Based on that, the suitable manufacturing material is selected through the systemically research on the impact of material and process parameter on the mechanical properties of the printed parts. Then, the process parameters and the printing strategy are further optimized to improve the interlaminar tensile strength, especially for the structures with specially required mechanical properties and geometrical mutations. Finally, the manufactured prosthetic socket indicated the effectiveness and feasibility of the collaborative manufacturing strategy of shape and material properties. The clinical application showed that compared with the traditional prosthetic socket, the 3 D printing prosthetic socket in this study can offer better comfort and functionality.
