摘　　要：北斗三号全球卫星导航系统即北斗三号(BDS-3)开通服务,促进了我国北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)产业的蓬勃发展。为了建设更加完善的BDS卫星导航产品认证体系、提高BDS卫星导航产品质量和国际竞争力、规范BDS卫星导航产业化市场秩序、引领BDS卫星导航产业化持续健康发展,研究了我国卫星导航产品认证标准规范体系和认证管理体系,总结了卫星导航产品的常用检测方法,介绍了接口一致性、卫星无线电测定业务(RDSS)性能指标、卫星无线电导航业务(RNSS)性能指标等主要测试内容,提出了卫星导航产品检测系统建设方案。卫星导航产品检测系统主要由有线测试平台、无线测试平台、接口测试平台、对天静态测试平台、跑车动态测试平台、环境适应性测试平台以及综合服务管理系统构成,满足芯片、模块、终端等不同类型卫星导航产品的检测认证需求。最后,给出了推进我国BDS卫星导航产品认证工作的建议,可为完善卫星导航产品认证体系、建设卫星导航产品检测系统提供参考。The opening service of BeiDou-3 navigation satellite System(BDS-3) has brought the vigorous development of BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS) satellite navigation industry. In order to build a more perfect BDS satellite navigation product certification system, improve the quality and international competitiveness of BDS satellite navigation products,standardize the market order of BDS satellite navigation industrialization, and lead the sustainable and healthy development of BDS satellite navigation industrialization, firstly, the certification standard specification system and certification management system of BDS satellite navigation products are studied. Next, this paper summarizes the common test methods of satellite navigation products and introduces the main test contents such as interface consistency, Radio Determination Satellite Service(RDSS) performance index and Radio Navigation Satellite Service(RNSS) performance index. Then, the construction scheme of satellite navigation product certification system which mainly consists of wired test platform, wireless test platform, interface test platform, static test platform, sports car dynamic test platform, environmental adaptability test platform and integrated service management system is proposed. It can meet the testing and certification requirements of different types of satellite navigation products such as chips, modules and terminals. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the certification of BDS satellite navigation products, which can provide reference for improving the certification system of satellite navigation products and building the certification system of satellite navigation products.
