摘 要:对风机过滤单元(FFU)样品在不同实验室进行性能对比测试,测试项目包括空气动力与能耗性能、面风速均匀性、噪声与振动、过滤器阻力与效率等,通过对比分析测试结果来检验不同试验方法的准确性,以减少FFU性能测试中试验台及试验方法的系统误差。结果显示,风量、风速的不同测试方法及噪声、振动测试条件的不同都会导致FFU测试结果存在显著差异。同时根据对比试验结果对FFU性能试验装置及试验方法进行了分析与讨论。This research reports a laboratory round robin test for a given fan filter unit(FFU)sample on test rigs of different manufacturers,tested items included the aerodynamic and energy consumption performance,airflow velocity uniformity,noise and vibration levels,filter resistance and most penetrating particle size efficiency.Test rigs and methods were evaluated and analyzed based on results of the round robin test,so as to reduce the system error in test rigs and methods used for FFU testing.Test results indicated that the differences in test methods of volumetric airflow rate and airflow velocity,and differences in test situations of noise and vibration would cause significant discrepancy in corresponding testing results.The relevant issues on various test rigs and test methods were discussed as well.
