摘　　要：随着越来越多的生物安全设备的安装,特别是袋进袋出过滤装置(简称BIBO),相应的袋进袋出过滤装置消毒需求也增多了。根据GB19489-2008《实验室生物安全通用要求》要求生物安全三级实验室“应可以在原位对排风高效空气(HEPA)过滤器进行消毒灭菌”;。因此,袋进袋出设备应具有可消毒性,更换过滤器前需要进行消毒,防止有毒有害物质污染空气及保护操作者的安全性。详细讲述了袋进袋出过滤装置消毒的准备,生物指示剂菌片的布置,VHP消毒的过程以及结果的评定。With the installation of more and more biosafety equipment,especially bag in and bag out filtration units(BIBO),the corresponding decontamination demand of bag in and bag out filtration units are also increasing.According to the general requirements for laboratory biosafety(GB19489-2008),biosafety levelⅢlaboratory"shall be able to decontaminate and sterilize exhaust high efficiency air filter(HEPA)in site";.The bag in and bag out filtration units shall be decontaminated.It is necessary to decontaminate before replacing the filter to prevent toxic and harmful substances from polluting the air and protect the safety of the operator.This paper describes in detail the preparation of BIBO decontamination,the layout of biological indicator bacteria,the process of VHP decontamination and the evaluation of results.
