医疗建筑改扩建设计探讨——以中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院总院)主体医疗大楼设计为例

摘　　要：本文以中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院总院)主体医疗大楼改扩建项目设计为例,阐述了该院在历时3年的总体规划与建筑单体设计和8年建设周期实施过程中所遇到的问题,探讨了医院改扩建设计注意事项,揭示了建筑师在满足医院“不停业”“正常运营”前提下改扩建设计与建造的艰辛,通过与一线医护人员进行深入沟通与密切合作,最终实现了老院区的“更新与蝶变”,为医院整体规划及改扩建提供了参考。This article discusses the reconstruction and extension design of The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC(Anhui Provincial Hospital) as an example, and expounds the problems encountered in the 3-year planning design and single building design of the hospital and the implementation of the 8-year construction cycle. It also discusses the matters needing attention in the reconstruction and expansion design of the hospital, and reveals the architect’s difficulties in the design and construction of the reconstruction and expansion under the premise of "non-stop" and "normal operation" of the hospital.Through in-depth communication and close cooperation with front-line medical staff, the "renewal and transformation" of the old hospital area was finally realized, providing reference for the overall planning, reconstruction and expansion of the hospital.
