摘　　要：目的构建医疗机构大型医用设备使用管理综合评价指标体系,为完善设备管理提供参考。方法利用文献调研总结归纳大型医用设备使用管理相关评价指标,通过德尔菲法对指标进行筛选与完善,确定核心评价体系。结果建立了医疗机构大型医用设备使用管理评价指标体系,包含管理实施和临床使用2个一级指标,设备管理、人员管理、社会效益、技术效益、经济效益和科教效益6个二级指标以及17个三级指标。结论指标体系为定量评估大型医用设备的综合使用管理状况提供了分析工具,可供卫生健康部门开展监测与评价;建议由政府主导建立设备配置使用管理数据库,以保障评价工作有效开展。Objective To construct a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the user management of large medical equipment in medical institutions,and provide a reference for the improvement of equipment management.Methods Through literature review,it summarized the relevant evaluation indicators of large medical equipment usage and management.The indicators were screened and improved with the help of the Delphi method to determine the core evaluation indicator system of equipment.Results The evaluation system included two dimensions of management implementation and clinical use,six second-level indicators for equipment management,personnel management,social benefits,technical benefits,economic benefits,scientific and educational benefits,and 17third-level indicators.Conclusion The indicator system provided an analysis tool for quantitative assessment of the comprehensive use management of large medical equipment,which could be used to carry out monitoring and evaluation by health departments.The equipment allocation and use management database should be established to ensure the effective implementation of the evaluation.
