摘 要:目的通过对比实施分时段报到候诊前后不同时间段门诊就诊量、患者是否按时报到就诊及候诊时间等情况,明确分时段报到候诊对门诊管理及流程改进的作用。方法回顾性分析医院普通门诊2020年1月—2021年6月患者就诊情况,并进行对比研究。采用秩和检验及χ2检验对数据进行比较。结果患者的就诊高峰时间集中在08:00—10:00。实施分时段报到候诊前,上下午患者就诊量之比为2.06∶1;实施分时段报到候诊后,各时间段就诊量分布与实施前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),上下午就诊量之比为1.30∶1。实施分时段报到候诊后,按时就诊的患者数量占比增加,候诊时间有所缩短。结论分时段报到候诊可以使各时间段人流量分布更均匀,上下午就诊比例更合理,并可促进患者形成按时就诊的习惯,对候诊时间的影响需进一步研究以明确。Objective By comparing the number of outpatient visits at different time periods,whether patients report on time and waiting time,etc.before and after the implementation of time-based check-in and treatment,the effect of time-based check-in and treatment on outpatient management and process improvement are clarified.Methods A retrospective analysis and a comparative study were carried out of the patient visits in the general outpatient clinic of target hospital from January 2020 to June 2021.The rank sum test and chi-square test were used to compare the data.Results The peak hours of patient visits in target hospital were concentrated at 08:00 am—10:00am.Before the implementation of time-based check-in,the ratio of the number of patients in the morning and the afternoon was 2.06∶1;the difference was statistically significant with that before the implementation(P<0.05),and the ratio of the number of patients in the morning and afternoon was 1.30∶1.After the implementation of timebased check-in,the distribution of the number of patients was increasable in each time period.Conclusion Reporting in different time periods can make the flow of people become more evenly distributed in each time period,and the ratio of morning and afternoon consultations became more reasonable,which could promote patients to form the habit of seeing a doctor on time.The impact on waiting time needs further study to clarify.
