摘　　要：目的构建符合现阶段公立医院高质量发展形势下的研究型医院评价指标体系,为准确评估高质量大型公立医院的研究能级提供参考依据。方法应用文献法及Nvivo 12.0软件对访谈文字稿进行整理、编码、节点分析和整合,初步形成二级评价指标体系,通过层次分析法对各级指标的权重进行确定。结果建立现阶段研究型医院评价指标体系,其中一级指标6项、二级指标30项。结论构建的研究型医院评价指标具有科学及可操作性,可作为评估研究型医院建设成效的工具。Objective In order to provide a reference basis for accurately evaluating the research level of high-quality large-scale public hospitals,it aimed to construct an index system for evaluating research hospitals in line with the context of high-quality development in public hospitals.Methods Literature was analyzed using NVivo 12.0 Software to sort out,code,analyze and integrate the interview manuscripts.A two-level evaluation index system was constructed initially and the weight of indicators at all levels was determined through analytic hierarchy process.Results An index system for evaluating research hospitals at the present stage was constructed,including 6 first-degree indicators and 30 second-degree indicators.Conclusion As a tool to evaluate the construction effect of research hospitals,the index system for evaluating research hospitals is scientific and actionable.
