摘  要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、维氏硬度计、电子万能试验机和分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)等分析测试方法,研究了Ti-6Al-2Zr-2Sn-3Mo-2Nb-1Cr-0.1Si-xFe(x=0,0.4,0.8,质量分数,%)铸态合金双重退火后的组织和力学性能。结果表明:3种铸态合金的组织均为近魏氏组织;热处理后,随着Fe含量增加,合金组织中的α相长径比减小,等轴化更为明显,且次生α相细化以及β相含量增加,维氏硬度升高。在0.001 s^(-1)应变速率下静态压缩,合金具有应变强化效应,Fe含量越高应变强化效果越显著,TC21-0.4Fe合金断裂前最大应力和断裂应变比TC21-0Fe合金分别提高约16.86%和30.72%。在2500 s^(-1)高应变速率下动态压缩,TC21-0.8Fe合金的流变应力最高,约为1377 MPa,比TC21-0Fe合金提高了6.99%,TC21-0.4Fe合金具有最好的断裂应变,约为0.139,比TC21-0Fe合金提高了21.92%。Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-2Zr-2Sn-3Mo-2Nb-1Cr-0.1Si-xFe(x=0,0.4,0.8,mass fraction,%)as-cast alloy after double annealing were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Vickers hardness tester,electronic universal testing machine and split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).The results show that the microstructure of the three as cast alloys is near widmanstatten structure.After heat treatment,with the increase of Fe content,theαphase aspect ratio decreases,the equiaxed is more obvious,the secondaryαphase refinement,βphase content increases,and the Vickers hardness increases.Under static compression at 0.001 s^(-1) strain rate,the alloy has strain strengthening effect,the higher the Fe content,the more significant the strain strengthening effect is,and the maximum stress and fracture strain before fracture of the TC21-0.4Fe alloy are about 16.86%and 30.72%higher than those of the TC21-0Fe alloy,respectively.Under dynamic compression at 2500 s^(-1) high strain rate,the flow stress of the TC21-0.8Fe alloy is the highest,about 1377 MPa,which is 6.99%higher than that of the TC21-0Fe alloy,and the TC21-0.4Fe alloy has the best fracture strain,about 0.139,which is 21.92%higher than that of the TC21-0Fe alloy.
