摘  要:以9%Cr含量的氧化物弥散强化(ODS)钢为研究对象,将Y_(2)O_(3)和Ti元素的含量提高到3%并利用高温保温来模拟ODS钢的成型过程,以此研究Ti元素对于ODS钢中析出相及硬度的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、小角X射线散射(SAXS)和X射线吸收精细结构(XAFS)等研究了ODS钢的机械合金化后及高温保温过程中析出相的种类及分布特征,测量了高温保温过程中试样的硬度。结果表明:当添加了Ti元素后ODS钢中形成了Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)相,钢中团簇类析出相的形成时间提前,在高温保温0.5 h后ODS钢中团簇类析出相的分布密度最高,达到2.09×10^(22)/m^(3),说明Ti元素有促进团簇类析出相形成的作用。XAFS实验结果表明添加Ti元素后ODS钢的吸收谱曲线与Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)相标准结构相似。机械合金化后ODS钢的硬度值最高,在高温等温热处理过程中,ODS钢的硬度变化趋势与团簇类析出相的分布密度变化趋势相一致。Taking the oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)steel with 9%Cr as the research object,the contents of Y_(2)O_(3)and Ti were increased to 3%,and the forming process of ODS steel was simulated by high temperature isothermal holding,so as to study the effect of Ti on the precipitates and hardness of the ODS steel.The types and distribution characteristics of precipitates in the ODS steel after mechanical alloying and during high temperature isothermal holding were studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)and X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS).The hardness of the sample during high temperature isothermal holding was measured.The results show that the Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)phase is formed in the ODS steel when Ti is added,and the formation time of cluster precipitates in the ODS steel is advanced.After isothermal holding at high temperature for 0.5 h,the distribution density of cluster precipitates in the ODS steel is the highest,reaching 2.09×10^(22)/m^(3),indicating that the Ti element can promote the formation of cluster precipitates.The XAFS experimental results show that the absorption spectrum curve of the ODS steel after adding Ti is similar to the standard structure of Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)phase.The hardness of the ODS steel after mechanical alloying is the highest.During high temperature isothermal heat treatment,the change trend of the hardness of the ODS steel is consistent with the change trend of the distribution density of cluster precipitates.
