摘 要:基于淬火和回火试验,确定了滚珠丝杠材料S55C的感应淬火温度和余热自回火温度。基于ANSYS软件构建滚珠丝杠渐进式感应淬火有限元模型,利用自开发的用户子程序,计算滚珠丝杠仿形感应淬火过程中的温度场和组织场,并对比了工艺参数对渐进式非仿形感应淬火和渐进式仿形感应淬火零件的温度场、奥氏体化深度及硬度等方面的影响。结果表明:对于S55C,较佳的感应淬火温度为850~900℃,余热自回火温度约为300℃。相比非仿形感应淬火工艺,仿形感应淬火更加节能,达到相同奥氏体化深度所需电流密度更小;在加热过程中向内部传递热量更少,能量损失更小,能源的利用效率更高。Based on quenching and tempering experiments,the induction quenching temperature and the self-tempering temperature of ball screw material S55C were determined.The finite element model of progressive induction hardening of ball screw was constructed based on ANSYS software,and the self-developed user subroutine was used to calculate the temperature field and microstructure field in the process of profiling induction quenching of ball screw.The effects of process parameters on the temperature field,austenitizing depth and hardness of the parts after progressive non-profiling induction quenching and progressive profiling induction quenching were compared.The results show that for the S55C steel,the better induction quenching temperature is 850-900℃,and the self-tempering temperature is about 300℃.Compared with the non-profiling induction hardening process,the profiling induction hardening is more energy-saving and requires less current density to achieve the same austenitizing depth,and in the heating process,less heat is transferred to the inside,resulting in less energy loss and higher energy utilization efficiency.
