摘 要:本试验研究鼠李科植物灰枣果核的木脂素类化学成分,为提高新疆灰枣果核利用率提供依据。采用硅胶柱色谱,高效液相色谱(HPLC),制备型高效液相色谱(pHPLC)等方法对灰枣果核化学成分进行分离纯化,通过1H NMR、13C NMR和质谱等现代波谱技术确定结构。从灰枣果核95%乙醇提取物中共分离得到6个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为:(+)-(7S,8R,7′E)-4-hydroxy-3,5′-dimethoxy-4′,7-epoxy-8,3′-neolign-7′-ene-9,9′-diol 9′-ethylether(1)、threo-2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxypropan-1-ol(2)、erythro-2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxypropan-1-ol(3)、pinoresinol(4)、(-)-dehydrodiconiferylalcohol(5)和裂异落叶松脂醇(6)。化合物1~6均为首次从鼠李科中分离得到。This experiment was conducted to study the lignans from the fruit stones of Rhamnaceae Ziziphus jujuba cv. Huizao, so as to provide the basis for improving the utilization rate of the fruit stones of Z. jujuba cv. Huizao in Xinjiang. The chemical components of the fruit stones of Z. Jujuba cv. Huizao were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), preparative high performance chromatography(pHPLC), and the structures of isolates were determined by modern spectral techniques such as1H NMR,13C NMR and mass spectrometry. A total of 6 lignans were isolated from the95% ethanol extract of the fruit stones of Z. Jujuba cv. Huizao, which were identified as:(+)-(7S,8R,7 ′ E)-4-hydroxy-3,5 ′-dimethoxy-4 ′,7-epoxy-8,3 ′-neolign-7 ′-ene-9,9 ′-diol 9 ′-ethyl ether(1), threo-2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxy-propan-1-ol(2), erythro-2, 3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-eth-oxypropan-1-ol(3), pinoresinol(4),(-)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(5)and(-)-secoisolariciresinol(6). Compounds 1-6 were isolated from Rhamnaceae for the first time.
