摘 要:现代信息技术引领经济社会的高质量发展,并与实体经济、各行各业深度融合推动产业转型升级,能进一步提高发展质量与成效,驱动智慧社会、智慧管理、智慧服务的发展。塔里木大学等一批高校获教育部批准设立了智慧农业专业,带动各相关学科的发展。智慧农业的发展需要人工智能、自动控制、智能操控、现代管理等学科和相关领域关键技术的支撑。农学院、园艺与林学学院、动物科学与技术学院、生命科学与技术学院、信息工程学院、机械电子化工程学院、水利与建筑工程学院等多个学院的几十个专业都要围绕智慧农业方向,创新与探索学科发展。过去长期积累的棉花、小麦等作物生产、果树生产、畜牧业生产、林业生产、食品加工、生态保护、水利建设管理等科技成果,要系统提炼,形成标准化、规范化生产流程,创新和突破人工智能自动识别、诊断、决策技术,全面提升算力、研发科学算法,从而实现智慧决策。智慧农业生产中涉及的各类机电设施、设备、仪器等要全面实现全自动化、远程控制与智能操控,开发智慧农业应用平台,实现可视化监测与管理,建设电子商务平台,全过程支持智慧农业生产。Modern information technology leads high-quality development of economy and all,and with the real economy and all walks of life in-depth integration to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,to greatly improve the quality and effective-ness of development,and to drive smart society,smart management and smart service.A number of universities such as Tarim Uni-versity have been approved by the Ministry of education to set up the specialty of smart agriculture to drive the development of rele-vant disciplines.Extensive and accurate perception,intelligent application and decision-making of scientific and technological achievements,key technologies and disciplines such as artificial intelligence,automatic control,intelligent control and modern man-agement support the development of intelligent agriculture.Many colleges and dozens of majors such as agronomy,horticulture and forestry,College of agriculture,College of horticulture and forestry,College of animal science and technology,College of life sci-ence and technology,College of information engineering,College of mechanical and electronic engineering,College of water conser-vancy and construction engineering should innovate and explore the development of disciplines around the direction of intelligent ag-riculture.Scientific and technological achievements such as cotton,wheat and other crop production,fruit tree production,animal husbandry production,forestry production food Processing,cological protection,and water conservancy construction management accumulated for a long time in the past should be systematically refined to form standardized and standardized production processes,innovate and break through artificial intelligence automatic identification,diagnosis and decision-making technologies,comprehen-sively improve computing power,develop scientific algorithms and realize intelligent decision-making.All kinds of mechanical and electrical facilities,equipment and instruments involved in smart agriculture production shall fully realize full-automatic c
