摘 要:盾构穿越浅基础房屋时往往造成房屋很大沉降,造成房屋安全隐患。其原因在于浅基础房屋基础下土体在盾构扰动下容易变形。本文通过改良房屋基础下土体,对改良后的土体进行有限元模型分析,准确地预计了房屋基础变形,使房屋结构安全及正常使用在正常可控范围内,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。When the shield passes through the shallow foundation house,it often causes a large settlement of the house,causing hidden dangers to house safety.The reason is that the soil under the shallow foundation building is easily deformed under the disturbance of the shield tunnel.In this paper,through the improvement of the soil under the foundation of the house,the finite element model analysis of the improved soil is carried out,and the deformation of the foundation of the house is accurately predicted,so that the structure of the house is safe and the normal use is within the normal controllable range,and a good social and economic performance is achieved.
