摘 要:为丰富混凝土碳化深度的计算理论,采用超声波测试仪对水胶比为0.37、0.45、0.53,粉煤灰等质量替代水泥为0%、30%、60%,100mm×100mm×400mm的混凝土试件经快速碳化0 d、7 d、14d、21d、28d后的超声波波速进行了测试。定义相对波速K,分析了碳化后超声波波速随粉煤灰掺量及水胶比的变化趋势,采用函数拟合了碳化深度与相对波速之间的关系。结果表明:混凝土碳化后波速增大,碳化部位的波速增加幅度大致处在3%~9%之间;当粉煤灰的掺量为0%时,碳化混凝土试件的相对波速都随着水胶比的增大而有所增大,当粉煤灰的掺量为30%以及60%时,碳化混凝土试件的相对波速都随着水胶比的增大而减小;相对波速与混凝土碳化深度间的二次函数关系拟合良好,在实际应用中可以根据混凝土波速的变化大概判断混凝土的碳化深度,丰富了混凝土碳化深度的理论计算形式。In order to enrich the calculation theory of concrete carbonation depth,the ultrasonic tester is used to measure the water binder ratio of 0.37,0.45 and 0.53,and the quality of fly ash instead of cement is 0%,30%and 60%.The ultrasonic wave velocity of 100 mm×100 mm×400 mm concrete specimens after rapid carbonization for 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d was measured.The relative wave velocity K is defined,the variation trend of ultrasonic wave velocity with fly ash content and water binder ratio after carbonization is analyzed,and the relationship between carbonization depth and relative wave velocity is fitted by function.The results show that the wave velocity of carbonated concrete increases,and the increase range of wave velocity at carbonated part is about 3%-9%.When the content of fly ash is 0%,the relative wave velocity of carbonated concrete specimens increases with the increase of water binder ratio.When the content of fly ash is 30% and 60%,the relative wave velocity of carbonated concrete specimens decreases with the increase of water binder ratio.The quadratic function relationship between relative wave velocity and concrete carbonation depth fits well.In practical application,the carbonation depth of concrete can be roughly judged according to the change of concrete wave velocity,which enriches the theoretical calculation form of concrete carbonation depth.
