摘  要:为实现兰州百合的标准化、规模化、高效繁育,以兰州百合鳞片为试材,研究不同消毒剂及其处理时间、基质配比和扦插方法对鳞片扦插的小籽球发生率、小籽球直径、生根数、根长和平均繁殖系数等繁殖指标的影响。结果表明:用多菌灵1 000倍液处理10 min为最佳消毒方法,其小籽球发生率最高,达93.3%,小籽球直径、生根数、根长和平均繁殖系数均表现优良;草炭、珍珠岩、河沙体积比2︰1︰1为最优基质配比,其各项繁殖指标均高于其他基质;选择5 cm深度或露尖的扦插方法均有利于兰州百合扦插繁殖。In order to realize the standardization,large-scale and efficient breeding of Lilium davidii var.unicolor,the effects of different disinfectants and their treatment time,substrate compostion and cutting methods on the incidence of bulblets,diameter of bulblets,number of roots,root length and average propagation coefficient of scales of Lilium davidii var.unicolor were studied.The results showed that the best disinfection method was carbendazim treatment with 1 000 times for 10 min.Using this method,the incidence of bulblets was 93.3% and the bulblet diameter,number of roots,root length and average propagation coefficient of bulblets were excellent.The optimal volume ratio of peat,perlite and river sand was 2︰1︰1,and the propagation indexes were higher than those of other substrates.The cutting methods of 5 cm depth or exposed tip were all beneficial to the cutting propagation of Lilium davidii var.unicolor.
