冷轧及热处理对N10276合金板材性能及再结晶行为的影响

摘　　要：首先对N10276合金热板进行不同变形量的冷轧,随后对冷轧板在不同制度下进行热处理,研究了N10276合金板材在冷变形过程中力学性能的变化规律,以及热处理对合金冷轧板的性能及再结晶行为的影响,建立了其再结晶晶粒长大动力学方程。结果表明:随着冷轧变形量的增加,合金中出现形变孪晶与滑移线,屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度不断增加,伸长率不断减小;随着热处理温度的升高和保温时间的延长,合金的晶粒长大速度加快,软化效果愈发明显;冷轧变形量为50%、65%和80%时合金的晶粒长大激活能分别为518585、420998和327299 J/mol,所建立的晶粒长大模型可以有效预测晶粒长大规律。Firstly,N10276 alloy hot plate was cold-rolled with different deformation,and then the cold-rolled plate was heat treated in different processes.The change rules of mechanical properties of the N10276 alloy plate during cold deformation and the effect of heat treatment on the properties and recrystallization behavior of the alloy cold-rolled plate were studied,and the dynamic equation of recrystallization grain growth was established.The results show that with the increase of cold rolling deformation,deformation twins and slip lines appear in the alloy,the yield strength,tensile strength and hardness increase,and the elongation decreases.With the increase of heat treatment temperature and holding time,the grain growth rate of the alloy is accelerated and the softening effect is more obvious.When the cold rolling deformation is 50%,65%and 80%,the activation energies of grain growth of the alloy are 518585,420998 and 327299 J/mol,respectively.The established grain growth model can effectively predict the law of grain growth.
