摘  要:设计了一种中碳低合金马氏体/低温贝氏体复相高强钢,并研究了不同热处理工艺下转变组织对其力学性能和耐磨性能的影响,测试了试验钢不同转变组织在磨粒磨损和冲击磨损条件下的耐磨性能,并使用场发射扫描电镜观察磨损后试验钢表面和亚表层的形貌,以研究其磨损机制。结果表明:二体平面磨损的耐磨性与硬度成正比,三体冲击磨损性能受硬度与冲击韧性的综合影响;等温淬火温度为260℃时,试验钢的组织为回火马氏体/低温贝氏体的复相组织,综合力学性能良好,其耐磨性是马氏体组织耐磨性的1.5倍。等温淬火组织比淬火回火组织耐磨性高的原因在于,具有较高冲击吸收能量的等温淬火组织经冲击磨损后,其表面硬度大约提高12%以上,产生加工硬化现象,接近于马氏体组织硬度。A medium carbon low alloy martensite/low temperature bainite multiphase high strength steel was designed,and the effects of transformation microstructure on its mechanical properties and wear resistance under different heat treatment processes were studied.The wear resistance of different transformation microstructure of the experimental steel under abrasive wear and impact wear were tested,and the morphology of the surface and subsurface of the experimental steel after wear was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy in order to study its wear mechanism.The results show that the wear resistance of two-body plane wear is directly proportional to the hardness,and the impact wear performance of three-body impact wear is affected by the combination of hardness and impact toughness.When the bainite austempering temperature is 260℃,the microstructure of the experimental steel is tempered martensite/lowtemperature bainite,and its comprehensive mechanical properties are good,with the wear resistance 1.5 times that of martensite.The reason why the wear resistance of austempered microstructure is higher than that of quenched and tempered structure is that after impact wear,the surface hardness of austempered microstructure with high impact absorption energy is increased by more than 12%,resulting in work hardening,and the hardness is close to that of martensitic microstructure.
