摘 要:以危害白蜡树和杨树的云斑白条天牛2个寄主种群为研究对象,通过序列比对,分别比较危害不同寄主的云斑白条天牛雌、雄成虫线粒体CO I基因在2019和2014年2个世代个体间的碱基序列差异。结果显示:(1)云斑白条天牛的CO I基因在2019年和2014年世代个体间存在一定差异,CO I基因的部分碱基发生了变化,但开放阅读框的碱基没有改变。(2)在同一寄主种群内部,均为雄成虫CO I基因碱基序列变化大于雌成虫。危害白蜡树云斑白条天牛种群雌成虫CO I基因在2019年和2014年2个世代间的序列相似度为99.50%,雄成虫为99.20%;危害杨树云斑白条天牛种群雌成虫的序列相似度为99.5%,雄成虫为98.90%。(3)不同寄主种群之间,危害杨树种群CO I基因碱基序列变化大于危害白蜡树种群,危害白蜡树云斑白条天牛雌雄成虫CO I基因在2019年和2014年2个世代间的平均序列相似度为99.35%,危害杨树种群为99.20%。结果表明:危害白蜡树和杨树的云斑白条天牛雌、雄成虫不同世代个体间CO I基因的序列相似度存在差异,碱基发生了突变,雄成虫变化大于雌成虫,危害杨树种群变化大于白蜡树种群。To compare sequence differences in mitochondria CO I genes in different generations of male and female Batocera lineolata attacking different hosts, two host populations of B.lineolata attacking ash tree and poplars, mtDNA CO I in male and female adults collected in 2014 and 2019 year were compared respectively by the gene sequence alignment.The results showed that there are some differences in the mtDNA CO I in different B.lineolata generations in 2019 and 2014,part bases of CO I genes changed, while that of open reading frames(OFR) did not change.For B.lineolata population attacking ash trees and poplars, the sequence variation in CO I of male adults was greater than that of female adults.The sequence similarity of CO I genes between generations in 2019 and 2014,in female adults of population attacking ash trees, was 99.50%,and that of male adults was 99.20%.The sequence similarity of population attacking poplars was 99.50% for female adults, and 98.9% for male adults.Among different host populations, the sequence variation of B.lineolata population attacking poplars was greater than that of population attacking ash trees.The average sequence similarity of CO I genes in male and female adults of B.lineolata population attacking ash trees in 2019 and 2014 was 99.35%,and the average similarity of population attacking polars was 99.20%.There are some differences in sequence similarity in CO I genes in different generations, bases in CO I genes in male and female adults of B.lineolata attacking ash tree and poplars have changed from 2014 to 2019.Base variation of male adults was greater than that of female, and variation of poplar population was greater that of ash population.
