摘  要:为了平衡粗枝云杉不同根系的碳氮磷含量,以三倍体粗枝云杉为研究对象,设置36个试验区域,在每个试验区域内选取1株粗枝云杉依次进行解枝处理、杀青处理、烘干处理、研磨处理,以测定粗枝云杉树种不同长度根系和树冠中的碳、氮、磷化学计量特征。并在设定的3个不同持水量梯度和4个施氮水平条件下进行对比试验,对碳、氮、磷含量及化学计量特征进行分析。结果显示,提出的碳氮磷化学计量特征可以平衡粗枝云杉不同根系的碳氮磷养分含量,给粗枝云杉提供一个良好的生长环境。In order to balance the content of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in different roots of Picea crassifolia,taking triploid P.crassifolia as the research object, 36 experimental areas were set up.In each experimental area, a P.crassifolia was selected for branch removal, green killing, drying and grinding to determine the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in different root orders of P.crassifolia.In addition, three different water holding gradients and four nitrogen levels were compared, and the carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content and stoichiometry were analyzed.The experimental results show that the proposed carbon and nitrogen phosphorus stoichiometry can balance the nutrient content of different roots of Picea crassifolia and provide a good environment for its growth.
