摘 要:微生物在推动营养物质在土壤的生物化学循环、促进植物生长和抑制植物病害中起着非常重要的作用。为了解西双版纳地区和海南地区橡胶林根际微生物群落种类组成和空间分布对多样性格局特征的影响,采用高通量测序的方法,在西双版纳地区和海南地区分别选取3个地区橡胶林作为研究对象,分析根际细菌的组成多样性和大尺度地理分布格局。结果显示:橡胶树根际土壤细菌群落组成和多样性在大尺度地理位置上存在明显差异,PCoA分析西双版纳与海南的地理位置因素对组间差异的解释度为18.15%,Venn图显示163属是西双版纳植胶区特有的,占所有菌属种类的16.86%。Shannon指数西双版纳植胶地区显著高于海南植胶区。西双版纳地区根际独有属的比例较高。土壤有机质(SOM)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)是显著影响根际细菌群落大尺度地理分布最主要因子。In order to understand the effects of species composition and spatial distribution of microbial communities in the rhizosphere of Hevea brasiliensis forests in Xishuangbanna and Hainan on the characteristics of diversity pattern, the method of high-throughput sequencing was used in this paper.Three rubber plantations in Xishuangbanna and Hainan were selected as the research objects, and the composition diversity and large-scale geographical distribution pattern of rhizosphere bacteria were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the composition and diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere of rubber trees on a large scale.PCoA analysis of geographical location factors in Xishuangbanna and Hainan explained the differences between groups with a degree of 18.15%.Venn diagram showed that 163 genera were endemic to Xishuangbanna H.brasiliensis planting area, accounting for 16.86% of all bacterial species.The Shannon index in Xishuangbanna H.brasiliensis planting area was significantly higher than that in Hainan rubber planting area.The proportion of exclusive genera in the rhizosphere of Xishuangbanna is high.Soil organic matter(SOM),total phosphorus(TP)and total potassium(TK)are the main factors that significantly affect the large-scale geographical distribution of rhizosphere bacteria.
