摘 要:为了研究干旱胁迫对弥勒苣苔的影响,以其2 a生苗木为材料,采用不同浓度(0、5%、10%、15%)PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,分别观测各处理形态指标和测定相关生理指标。结果显示:(1)随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,弥勒苣苔叶片表现不同程度的卷曲,第8 d植株受害最重;(2)相对电导率、叶绿素含量呈上升趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量变化相对稳定;(3)保护酶中,随胁迫程度的增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈上升趋势。通过对弥勒苣苔在干旱胁迫下生长状况的综合分析,表明弥勒苣苔在受到干旱胁迫时,可通过调节自身生理机制来应对干旱损害,具有一定的耐旱性。In order to study the effects of drought stress on Oreocharis mileensis,two-year-old plants were used to simulate drought stress with polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)at different concentrations(0,5%,10% and 15%).Morphological indexes and physiological indexes were observed.The results showed that:(1)the leaves of O.mileensis showed different degrees of curl as drought stress increasing, and the plants suffered the most on the 8 th day.(2)The relative conductivity and chlorophyll content increased;the change of malondialdehyde(MDA)content was relatively stable.(3)Among the protective enzymes, peroxidase(POD)activity increased first and then decreased with the increase of stress degree;the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased.Through the comprehensive analysis of the growth status of O.mileensis under drought stress, it is indicated that O.mileensis can cope with the adverse effects of drought by adjusting its physiological mechanism under drought stress, and has certain drought resistance.
