栽培与野生粗毛纤孔菌子实体成分分析及水提物急性毒理

摘　　要：对粗毛纤孔菌(Inonotus hispidus)成熟期和菌蕾期的栽培子实体及成熟期的野生子实体成分进行分析,同时对成熟期的栽培子实体水提物进行急性毒理实验。结果表明:菌株相同时,与菌蕾期的栽培子实体相比,成熟期的栽培子实体中多糖、黄酮、多酚、三萜及甾醇、粗蛋白、Na、Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Zn、必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量均较高;与成熟期的野生子实体相比,成熟期的栽培子实体中黄酮、三萜及甾醇、多酚、粗蛋白、必需氨基酸、总氨基酸、Na、Mg、K、Ga、Mn、Zn、Se含量显著上升;所有样品的重金属含量均未超标。以粗毛纤孔菌成熟期的栽培子实体水提物(26 g·kg^(-1),为临床用量的462倍)连续灌胃14 d,小鼠饮食、饮水和行为活动均正常,且各脏器均未见异常或病变,表明粗毛纤孔菌栽培子实体水提物对小鼠无明显的急性毒性。Both cultivated and wild Inonotus hispidus were analyzed and compared for their main components in fruiting bodies. The water extract of cultivated mature fruiting bodies of the strain 183-1 was studied for its acute toxicity in mice. The results showed that cultivated mature fruiting body samples had higher contents of polysaccharides, flavonoids, polyphenols, triterpenes and sterols, crude protein, Na, Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Zn, indispensable amino acids and total amino acids than cultivated budding stage samples of the same strain. For the same strain, cultivated mature fruiting bodies contained greater amount of flavonoids, polyphenols, triterpenes and sterols, crude protein, Na, Mg, K, Ga, Mn, Zn, and Se than wild fruiting bodies. The contents of heavy metals in all samples were within accepted limits. There was no significant difference in food and water intake, behavior or organ indices between mice in the blank control and mice administered the water extract up to 26 g·kg^(-1).
