摘 要:循环水泵因其功率较大,耗电量相对较大。介绍了某厂2号机组循环水泵改造,分析了改造后的收益和运行控制。主机循环水泵变频改造后,主机循环水泵运行的频率可实现自动化控制,降低值班员的操作量,减少人为误操作的风险,使调整更加精细。循环水泵变频改造使经济效益和安全可靠性明显提升。Circulating water pumps feature a relatively large amount of power consumption due to its large power capacity. The transformation of circulating water pump of Unit 2 in a plant is described, and analyses are performed on the income and operation control upon transformation. After the frequency conversion transformation in the main-engine circulating water pump, the operation frequency of the main-engine circulating water pump enables automatic control, which reduces the operation volume of the operator on duty, reduce the risks of human misoperation, and make adjustments more precise. The frequency conversion transformation of circulating water pumps significantly improves the economic benefits, safety and reliability of the plant.
