摘　　要：在梳理电网企业内部变电运维人员发生误操作事件基础之上,结合变电运维管理经验,对变电运维人员在倒闸操作中的风险因素进行分析,并针对这些风险因素提出应对策略,为电网企业防止变电运维人员误操作的发生提供参考和借鉴。Based on combing the misoperation events of substation operation and maintenance personnel in power grid enterprises, combined with the operation and maintenance management experience for substations,analysis is performed on the risk factors for substation operation and maintenance personnel in switching operation, and countermeasures for dealing with these risk factors are put forward, so as to offer reference for power grid enterprises to prevent misoperations of substation operation and maintenance personnel.
