摘  要:文章梳理了中医药生物信息数据库的发展历程,并总结了现有中医药生物信息数据库的不足。中医药生物信息数据库的发展,对中医药的现代化研究产生了深远的影响,同时也促进了中医网络药理学等学科的发展。然而,中医药生物信息数据库发展至今,显现了构架与技术上的不足,主要表现在数据时效性低,数据库稳定性差,数据主体形式单一,中医特色不突出,数据共享性差。数据库未来仍是中医信息分析学发展的基石,希望未来中医药生物信息数据库的开发能够进一步加强中医辨治规律的探索,同时也期待中医药生物信息数据库能够与人工智能技术进行融合,提供更好的信息分析平台与服务。This article sorts out the development history of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) bioinformatics database and summarizes the shortcomings of existing databases. The development of TCM bioinformatics database has had a profound impact on the modern research of TCM, and at the same time promoted the development of disciplines such as TCM network pharmacology. However, there have been deficiencies in the structure and technology in the existing databases, which are mainly manifested in the low timeliness of the data, the poor stability of the database, the single form of the data subject, and the lack of outstanding characteristics of TCM. The database is still the cornerstone of the development of TCM information analysis in the future. We hope that the development of the second-generation database can further strengthen the exploration of the law of TCM differentiation and treatment. At the same time, we also look forward to the integration of the database with artificial intelligence technologies such as knowledge graphs to provide better information analysis platforms and services.
