基于“肾脑相济”理论论治血脉病的研究思考

摘　　要：肾与脑相关的理论基础可追溯到《黄帝内经》,并在长期临床实践中得以发挥,尤其本课题组近年来逐渐明确“肾脑相济”相关理论,它在人体通过经络结构、生理功能与阴阳五行方面与五脏之间相互联系。而其中肾与脾、心与脑之间的互根互用,在治疗因脾胃功能紊乱所引起的血脉病中有更高更广泛的指导意义。文章旨在以“肾脑相济”理论为出发点,梳理历年治疗血脉病的相关研究,以脑-心-肾-肢轴为桥梁,在温肾补阳通络、养肾益精填髓、补肾通瘀活络法治疗血脉病方面有新的内涵与思考,对丰富中医药治疗血脉病的理论内涵有参考作用,为中医药治疗血脉病提供新思路。The theoretical basis of kidney and brain can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing, and has been brought into play in long-term clinical practice. In recent years, our research group has gradually defined the theory of ‘kidney brain mutual aid’, which is related to the five zang organs through the structure of meridians, physiological function, yin yang and five elements.Among them, the interaction between kidney and spleen, heart and brain has a higher and wider guiding significance in the treatment of blood diseases caused by spleen and stomach dysfunction. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the related research on the treatment of blood vessel disease over the years from the theory of ‘kidney brain integration’, innovate the brain-heart-kidney-limb axis as the bridge, and have new connotation and thinking on the treatment of blood vessel diseases with the methods of warming kidney and tonifying yang and dredging collaterals, nourishing kidney and tonifying essence and filling marrow,tonifying kidney and dredging blood stasis and activating collaterals, to provide new ideas and thinking for the treatment of blood vessel diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
