备案制背景下医疗机构中药制剂由“方”到“药”的发展思考

摘　　要：医疗机构中药制剂是临床发挥中医药特色与优势的“助推器”,以多样化的疾病防治手段,更好地满足群众的中医药服务需求,对于提高全民健康水平,推动中医药的继承与创新具有重要意义。文章对医疗机构中药制剂在备案制下的理性发展进行了分析,认为应注重传承总结、解决医“方”来源,加强工艺研究、发挥“药”效优势,补齐评价短板、彰显传统特色,在继承的基础上谋发展,求突破。The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in medical institutions is a ‘booster’ to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM, and to better meet the service needs of TCM with a variety of disease prevention and treatment means. In order to improve the health level of the whole people, it is also of great significance to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM. This paper analyzes the rational development of Chinese medicine preparation in medical institutions under the record system, and thinks that we should pay attention to inheriting and summarizing, solving the source of medical ‘prescription’, strengthening technological research, giving full play to the advantages of ‘medicine’ effect, making up for the shortcomings of evaluation and highlighting traditional characteristics. Only in this way can we seek development and breakthrough on the basis of inheritance.
