针灸戒烟在我国慢性非传染性疾病防控中的作用

摘　　要：慢性非传染性疾病(NCDs)严重威胁我国居民健康,已成为影响国家经济社会发展的重大公共卫生问题。如何有效防控NCDs,已经成为现阶段我国人民健康的普遍需求。减少NCDs相关危险因素是NCDs防控的重要切入点,其中吸烟是公认的NCDs共性危险因素之一。作为我国独特的卫生资源、潜力巨大的经济资源、具有原创优势的科技资源、优秀的文化资源和重要的生态资源,针灸可有效改善戒断症状,提高戒烟成功率,进而降低吸烟所致NCDs的发病风险与死亡风险。为此,文章提出应更加充分认识针灸戒烟的科学价值,发挥中医针灸在NCDs防治中的特色优势,为国人提供高质量的中医药医疗保健服务。Non-communicable chronic diseases(NCDs) are a serious threat to the health of Chinese population,which have become a major public health problem affecting the national economic and social development. How to effectively prevent and control NCDs has become a common demand of people’s health. The most important measure of NCDs prevention and control work is to reduce NCDs-related risk factors, in which smoking is a very important common risk factor of NCDs. As a health resource with unique characteristics, economic resource with great potential, scientific and technological resource with original advantage, cultural resource with outstanding content and ecological resource with essential value, acupuncture-moxibustion could effectively improve the successful rate of smoking cessation, and then reduce the risk of NCDs. Based on this, this paper proposes that more attention is paid on the the scientific value of acupuncture-moxibustion for smoking cessation, more efforts are made to apply acupuncture-moxibustion for smoking cessation in the prevention and treatment of NCDs, which could provide high-quality Chinese medicine health care services for Chinese people.
