摘　　要：文章以经方辨证纲领发展史着眼,参考若干先秦至汉唐的医学文献,系统阐述了经方辨证纲领发展由神农时代的寒热为纲,再到扁鹊仓公时代的虽着重寒热之辨但表里概念始萌,最后到仲景时代的表里成为辨证核心要素的过程。在此基础上,剖析了辨寒热与辨表里的各自特点,阐述了辨表里在半表里分类、疾病诊断、预后判断、治则优化等方面所呈现出的多维度应用,并从疾病病位、排邪途径与因势利导原则的关系上,说明了经方发展何以实现由辨寒热转向辨表里的原因。Based on the development history of syndrome differentiation principles of classical prescriptions and referring to some medical documents from pre Qin period to Han and Tang dynasties, this paper systematically expounds the process of the development of syndrome differentiation principles of classical prescriptions from cold and heat in Shennong era to Bianque and Canggong era, which focused on differentiation of cold and heat, but the concept of superficies and interior began to sprout, and finally became the core element of syndrome differentiation in Zhongjing era. On this basis, it analyzes the respective characteristics of distinguishing cold and heat and distinguishing the superficies and interior, expounding the multi-dimensional application of distinguishing between the superficies and interior in classification, disease diagnosis, prognostic judgment, and optimization of treatment rules. The relationship between the location of the disease, the way of eliminating evils and the principle of guiding the situation according to the situation explains why the development of classic prescriptions can be realized from the differentiation of cold and heat to the differentiation of superficies and interior.
