摘　　要：文章对范永升教授运用二型九证法诊治系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的9种证型相关的临床医案进行了梳理分析,列举医案充分体现了二型九证法诊治SLE具有较好的临床适用性,同时对临床应用二型九证法的注意事项进行了说明。范永升教授提出的二型九证法为临床诊治SLE提供了良好的范式,值得应用和推广。Clinical cases related to the nine syndrome types of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) diagnosed and treated by professor FAN Yong-sheng using the method of two types and nine syndromes were reviewed and analyzed. The listed medical cases fully demonstrate the good clinical applicability of the method of two types and nine syndromes in the diagnosis and treatment of SLE. At the same time, the cautions of clinical application of the method of two types and nine syndromes are explained. The dialectics of the method of two types and nine syndromes proposed by professor FAN Yong-sheng provides a good paradigm for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SLE, which is worthy of application and promotion.
