摘　　要：文章就“痰火扰心”所见之精神病及其证候特点与治疗,以及“痰火扰心”之发展演变与治疗原则做了论述。“痰火扰心”之痰火,非五志过极化火,火炼液为痰所致;系患者自身所具之禀赋性痰易生,阳易盛,痰易阻脉道使阻郁之气化火;或痰易生,气易实而化火之体质与病理倾向性使然。应规范“痰火扰心”证之症状表述,同时,应明确界定其病理含义,以杜泛用。This article discusses the psychosis seen in ‘phlegm-fire disturbing the heart’ and its syndrome characteristics and treatment, as well as the development and evolution of ‘phlegm-fire disturbing the heart’ and the principles of treatment.The phlegm fire caused by ‘phlegm-fire disturbing the heart’ is not caused by the five minds transforming into fire, and the fire-refining liquid is caused by phlegm;it is due to the patient’s own endowment of phlegm, which is prone to proliferation of yang, and phlegm tends to block the channel. The constitution and pathological tendencies that prevent depression of qi into fire;or phlegm is easy to generate, qi is easy to solidify but turns into fire. The symptom expression of the ‘phlegm-fire disturbing heart’ syndrome should be standardized, and at the same time, its pathological meaning should be clearly defined to prevent general use.
