从“心主神明”探讨郭维琴治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病经验

摘　　要：郭维琴教授是著名的中医治疗心血管疾病的专家,对于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)有独到见解,文章从心主神明角度就郭维琴教授治疗冠心病的经验作简要介绍。郭教授认为冠心病的病因病机为气虚血瘀,老年患者居多,且病程迁延,忧思无度易致心神失养,或患病日久,肝气郁结,气机闭塞而不行,易形成郁病,故郭教授在临证中善于从心血管和心理两方面进行治疗,通过调达血脉、调畅气机和调养心神进行药物治疗,并结合运动和心理疏导的方式辅助治疗,构建“五位一体,形神同治”系统诊疗方案,临床效果显著,值得推广。Professor GUO Wei-qin is a famous expert in traditional Chinese medicine of cardiovascular diseases.She has unique views on coronary heart disease. This article briefly introduces professor GUO Wei-qin’s experience in treating coronary heart disease from the perspective of heart housing the mind. Professor GUO thinks that etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is qi deficiency and blood stasis, mostly in the elderly patients. With the progression of the disease,worrying too much can easily lead to a lack of nourishment of mind, or long-term illness, stagnation of liver qi and blockage of qi can easily lead to stagnation. So the professor GUO in clinical is good at treatment on coronary heart disease from two aspects of cardiovascular and psychological, through regulating blood, qi and mind for drug treatment, combined with the movement adjuvant therapy and psychological counseling, establishing a system of diagnosis and treatment of ‘five-in-one, physical and mental treatment’, which has remarkable clinical effect and is worth promoting clinical effect is remarkable, and is worth promoting.
