摘　　要：程志清全国名老中医药专家传承工作室团队总结了程老在辨治心力衰竭(简称心衰)病方面的临床经验,创新提出从心衰主要临床症状入手的辨治方案,即从胸闷、水肿、喘息三大主要症状入手,进一步分缓急(慢性心衰、急性心衰)辨证,采用心衰分类与中医证型结合的方法选方用药,列举了常用方药变化特色,通过病案举隅,阐述了程老在辨证施治全过程中体现的“五脏同调,痰瘀水并治,重视脏腑气化功能”的学术思想。The inheritance office team of national famous old TCM CHENG Zhi-qing, summarized professor CHENG’s clinical experience in the treatment of heart failure, innovatively proposed the treatment scheme starting from the main clinical symptoms of heart failure, that is, starting from the three main symptoms of chest tightness, edema and wheezing, further divide the syndrome differentiation of slow and urgent(chronic heart failure and acute heart failure), select the prescription and medication by combining the classification of heart failure with the syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine, list the changes and characteristics of common prescriptions and medicines, and cite them through medical records,this paper expounds professor CHENG’s academic thought of ‘five internal organs are in harmony, phlegm, blood stasis and water are treated together, and attention is paid to the gasification function of internal organs’ in the whole process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
