中医药规范化治疗男性不育症165例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药规范化治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:采用中医辨证论治治疗165例男性不育症,1个月为1个疗程,复查精液常规。结果:治疗后,治愈77例,妻子孕产率46.67%;精子成活率及精子活力a级、b级、(a+b)级均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:中医药规范化治疗精液精子异常之不育症,疗效确切,孕产率高。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of male infertility.Methods: A total of 165 cases of male infertility were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and segmented treatment.One month was a course of treatment, and semen routine examination was performed. Results: After treatment, 77 cases of male infertility were cured, the pregnancy rate of their wives was 46.67%;the sperm survival rate and the sperm motility grade a, grade b, grade(a+b) were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: The standardized treatment of infertility with abnormal semen by traditional Chinese medicine has definite curative effect and high pregnancy rate.
