摘　　要：按法为临床常用的推拿手法,以指端、手掌或肘尖做垂直于体表的反复按压运动。文章通过对现有文献整理,从多个方面对按法进行了较为系统的研究,阐释了按法的定义、生物动力学参数、操作、作用及演变手法,重点对按法的现代研究进展进行了阐述,将现代技术手段与手法的研究进展相联系,旨在通过对按法的研究加大对中医推拿的发掘、继承和创新。Pressing manipulation is a commonly used massage technique in clinical practice, using fingertips, palms or elbow tips to do repeated pressing exercises perpendicular to the body surface. By collating the existing literature, the article conducts a more systematic study of the pressing manipulation from many aspects, explains the definition of the pressing manipulation, biodynamic parameters, operations, functions and evolution methods, and focuses on the modern research progress of the pressing manipulation. It expounded, linking the research progress of modern technology and technique, aiming to increase the excavation, inheritance and innovation of TCM Tuina through the study of pressing manipulation.
