摘　　要：明确“寸劲”的具体概念,论述其在传统武术和针灸学范围内的联系与区别。总结多年的临床及教学经验,从触觉感受、力量控制、整劲配合、随发随止和特殊针具操作探讨“寸劲”在快速进针使用中的规律性和技巧性。突出以寸劲为代表的中医基础理论与操作在针灸等外治疗法中的基础性和重要性,补充教材中快速进针法的内涵和解释,为同道研习提供一定的思路和依据。在快速进针法的操作过程中,合理运用“寸劲”,能有效提高针刺临床疗效。This paper clarify the specific concept of ‘abrupt explosive force’ and discuss its connection and difference within the scope of traditional martial arts and acupuncture. Summarizing many years of clinical and teaching experience,discuss the regularity and skill of ‘abrupt explosive force’ in the use of rapid acupuncture needling from the perspective of tactile feeling, strength control, coordination of strength, start and stop as you like, and special needle manipulations. Highlight the fundamentals and importance of the basic theories and operations of traditional Chinese medicine represented by ‘abrupt explosive force’ in external therapies such as acupuncture and moxibustion, and supplement the connotations and explanations of the rapid acupuncture needling in the textbooks, and provide certain ideas and basis for fellow students to study. In the operation process of rapid acupuncture needling, rational use of ‘abrupt explosive force’ can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture.
