摘  要:目的:结合中医药超分子理论及分子印迹技术制备金银花、山银花印迹聚合物,探究金银花、山银花印迹聚合物表征和吸附性能,旨在为解决金银花、山银花纷争提供助力。方法:以金银花、山银花正丁醇萃取部位为模板分子,采用沉淀聚合的方式制备金银花、山银花分子印迹聚合物及空白印迹聚合物,采用红外分光光度法、紫外分光光度法及扫描电镜方法进行表征;并对制备的3种印迹聚合物进行吸附速率和吸附等温曲线的测定,同时探讨这3种聚合物对金银花、山银花、双黄连(金银花)、双黄连(山银花)、银翘散(金银花)、银翘散(山银花)6种客体分子的吸附能力。金银花与山银花主体分子组、金银花与空白主体分子组、山银花与空白主体分子组分别对6种客体分子吸附后,对其吸附量及一阶矩差值进行t检验。结果:金银花印迹聚合物、山银花印迹聚合物对其各自的模板分子都在180 min时基本吸附饱和,吸附量均在0.17 g/g。金银花、山银花分子主体分子对金银花、山银花客体分子溶液的吸附能力存在相似性(P_(X1)=0.97,P_(Y1)=0.92),与空白主体分子的吸附能力相区别P_(X2)=0.02,P_(Y2)=0.03;P_(X3)=0.03,P_(Y3)=0.04。结论:金银花与山银花存在“异质等效”现象。Objective:Combined with the supramolecular theory of traditional Chinese medicine and molecular imprinting technology,the Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae imprinted polymer was prepared,and the characterization and adsorption properties of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae imprinted polymer were explored,aiming to provide help for solving the disputes between Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae.Methods:Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)and blank MIPs were prepared by precipitation polymerization,using n-butanol extraction parts of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae as template molecules.The adsorption rate and adsorption isotherm curves of three kinds of imprinted polymers were measured,and the adsorption capacity of these three polymers on six guest molecules of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Flos Lonicerae,Shuanghuanglian(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Shuanghuanglian(Flos Lonicerae),Yinqiao Power(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)and Yinqiao Power(Flos Lonicerae)was discussed.After the six guest molecules were adsorbed by the main molecular groups of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae,the main molecular groups of honeysuckle flower and blank,and the main molecular groups of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae,respectively,the adsorption capacity and the firstorder moment difference were tested by t test.Results:The imprinted polymers of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae were basically saturated with their respective template molecules at 180 min,and the adsorption capacities were 0.17 g/g.The adsorption capacity of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae molecular template molecules on Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae guest molecular solution was similar(P_(X1)=0.97,P_(Y1)=0.92),which was different from that of blank template molecules(P_(X2)=0.02,P_(Y2)=0.03;P_(X3)=0.03,P_(Y3)=0.04).Conclusion:There is the‘heterogeneous equivalence’between Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Flos Lonicerae.
