摘 要:目的:探讨中医背景下的五行音乐对抑郁症患者睡眠质量和认知功能的干预效果。方法:80例抑郁症患者,按照便利取样方法分为干预组及对照组,每组40例;同期纳入健康者74名。干预组在常规药物治疗和睡眠卫生宣教基础上,联合五行音乐干预。两组在干预前后采用可重复的成套神经心理状态量表、色词测试评估认知功能;采用睡眠呼吸监测评估睡眠质量;汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表对抑郁、焦虑症状进行测量。结果:与本组干预前比较,干预组和对照组干预后睡眠效率、清醒期占比、即时记忆、注意、延时记忆、RBANS总分、抑郁症状以及焦虑症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后干预组睡眠效率、延时记忆高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而清醒期占比、焦虑症状分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:五行音乐疗法能够有效缓解抑郁症患者的焦虑症状,同时能够有效提升患者的睡眠质量和认知功能水平,临床效果良好。Objective: To explore the effects of five elements music therapy on sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with depression. Methods: Eighty patients with depression were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 40 patients in eash group, and 74 cases of healthy subjects in the same period. The intervention group combined with five elements music intervention on the basis of routine drug treatment and sleep health education. Before and after intervention,the cognitive function was evaluated by repeatable neuropsychological state scale and Stroop color word test;sleep breathing monitoring was used to evaluate sleep quality;Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale were used to observe and compare the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Results: Compared with the group before the treatment, the intervention group and the control group had statistically significant differences in sleep efficiency, wake-up ratio, immediate memory,attention, delayed memory, total RBANS score, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptom scores after intervention(P<0.01).At the post-test, the sleep efficiency of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01), while the proportion of awake period and anxiety symptom scores were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Five elements music therapy can effectively alleviate the anxiety symptoms of depression patients, and can effectively improve the sleep quality and cognitive function of patients.
