摘  要:近年来,血流储备分数(FFR)已经成为冠状动脉生理功能评估和指导冠心病患者血运重建的侵入性诊断实验的"金标准"。但由于FFR测量本身的有创性和经济成本增加等局限性,FFR实际临床应用率仍处于较低水平。随着多学科交叉的进一步深入,基于影像学和流体力学的计算冠状动脉生理学方法不断涌现。本文将就各种计算冠状动脉生理技术的优缺点和现有证据展开综述。Recent years, fractional flow reserve(FFR) has become the gold standard for invasive diagnostic tests to assess coronary artery physiological function and guide revascularization in patients with coronary artery disease. However, the actual clinical application rate of FFR is still at a low level due to the limitations of FFR measurement, such as invasive and the higher economic cost. With the further deepening of interdisciplinary research, computational coronary physiology methods based on imaging and fluid dynamics are emerging. The goal of this paper is to review the advantages and disadvantages, the available evidence of the various computational coronary physiological techniques.
