摘　　要：Marshall韧带因其存在房颤触发灶、自主神经及毗邻二尖瓣峡部线等解剖及电生理特点,全世界不少中心开始消融Marshall韧带,发现其确实可进一步提高持续性心房颤动的治疗成功率。针对Marshall韧带的治疗方法有两种,分别是导管消融和酒精消融两种策略,其中酒精消融是大多数研究者采取的策略。随着该术式的推广,我们需要客观的认识其并发症。现就Marshall韧带的解剖及电生理、在持续性心房颤动的治疗作用、Marshall静脉酒精消融并发症及未来方向等进行综述。Due to the anatomical and electrophysiological characteristics of the ligament of Marshall,such as atrial fibrillation triggers,autonomic nerves and adjacent mitral isthmus line,many centers around the world have begun to ablate the ligament of Marshall and found that it could further improve the success rate of treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation.There are two methods to block the ligament of Marshall,namely catheter ablation and alcohol ablation,while the latter is the strategy adopted by most researchers.With the popularization of this procedure,it is necessary to objectively understand its complications.This paper reviews the anatomy and electrophysiology of the ligament of Marshall,its role in the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation,the complications of vein of Marshall Ethanol Infusion and the future directions.
