摘　　要：为解决塔里木大学目前存在的教学、科研绩效申报核算的诸多痛点,文章设计了基于JavaEE的教学科研绩效申报系统,其可以为高校绩效会计人员和教师提供高效、便捷的教学科研绩效申报服务。借助该系统,教师可以随时提交成绩证明文件,管理者可以在线处理各种成绩审核问题,最大限度地避免时间和空间的浪费;其还引入反馈模式,促进科研管理者和教师之间的沟通,确保有效管理。该系统可以为高校提供实时、精准的成果信息的搜索、整理、归档服务,为管理部门提供详尽的成果统计信息,实现教学、科研成果管理科学化、规范化,同时也为高效绩效核算提供支撑。In order to solve the many pain points of teaching and scientific research performance reporting and accounting currently existing in Tarim University,this paper designs a teaching and scientific research performance reporting system based on JavaEE,which can provide efficient and convenient teaching and scientific research performance reporting services for university performance accountants and teachers.With the help of this system,teachers can submit grade certification documents at any time,and managers can handle various grade review issues online,avoiding waste of time and space to the greatest extent,and introducing a feedback mode to promote communication between scientific research managers and teachers to ensure effective management.The system can provide real-time and accurate results information search,sorting and archiving services for colleges and universities,and provide management departments with detailed statistical information of results,realize scientific and standardized management of teaching and scientific research results,and also provide support for efficient performance accounting.
